Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We understand that there are times when an online purchase warrants a return. If you do need to return an item, you must get an RMA (Return Authorization Number) issued by Licensed2Carry. |
All requests for an RMA must be made by 3 PM-Eastern Standard time within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise. |
All requests for RMAs must be made via email at info@Licensed2Carry.com . Once you receive an RMA number, please send the merchandise back. We will process your return once we receive and examine the merchandise. There is a restocking fee of 20% of all items and the customer is responsible for bearing the expense of shipping the item back to us. |
